What do children and young people think they and their friends need to be healthy, happy and safe?
Children’s Parliament has worked with children and young people to capture their views for Scottish Government (Directorate for Education Analytical Services) who are exploring adolescent health and wellbeing.
The views of each of the groups of participants are presented in the form of a poster. Each poster identifies what children and young people need to grow up and flourish, what gets in the way at home, in the community or at school, and what actions can address barriers to health and wellbeing.
These posters give the children’s responses by age-group;
Healthy Happy Safe (10-11 year olds)
Healthy Happy Safe (12-15 years olds)
Healthy Happy Safe (15-20 year olds)
Healthy Happy Safe (16 year olds)
Healthy Happy Safe (17-22 year olds)
